Keto Meals The Whole Family Will Love

Preparing meals and cooking for the family doesn’t have to be challenging on a keto diet. In this latest blog, Tony shares some keto meals that the whole family will love.

 Meat and veg

Keep it simple - buy good quality meat, season it, and cook it to your taste on the BBQ or in the oven. Steam good quality veggies, and add some olive oil and cheese to the finished meal. 

Soy Chicken & Broccoli

Baked chicken breast is the best! So versatile and can be sliced and served with steamed broccoli or any other baked or steamed vegetables. Add a touch of soy sauce or tamari for extra flavour.

Omelette

Get the kids in the kitchen this weekend to help make a tasty omelette with cheese, baby spinach and fresh green herbs. Serve with a side of bacon, haloumi or tomatoes.
